The dedication of Jesuit Volunteers (JVs) fuels the present and future success of JVC, yet we recognize the unique challenges they face. 

Serving in marginalized communities can be challenging and demanding, and we want to ensure that our volunteers have the resources they need to stay healthy and resilient. At JVC, our goal is to create an environment where each volunteer finds a place where they can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact. To achieve this, we are making significant investments in key areas to provide resources that empower our JVs to thrive in their service and community life.

Spiritual Programs

Your gift will fund enhancements to our spiritual programs, providing deeper and more diverse opportunities for reflection, prayer, and discernment. By nurturing the spiritual lives of our volunteers, we help them explore and develop a solid foundation of faith that will guide their actions and decisions throughout their year of service and beyond.

Wellness Programs

Your contribution will help ensure we have wellness programs to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our volunteers.  This includes access to counseling services, developing a mentorship program, and mental health training for program staff.
